The response team can also see the SOS users contact details, can track their GPS location* and also access the microphone on their device, to listen to the ambient noise at the scene.
A dedicated inbox to improve response
Callmy Alert will enable you to post text, voice and picture messages in an instant, which relevant parties consume via a dedicated app. If required each Callmy Alert message can be configured to request an appropriate response – the responses monitored in real-time via the Callmy Management Portal.
As users have the Callmy app, which is only used for urgent messages, there is less risk of an important communication being missed – this greatly benefits response time. The can be installed on smartphones, iPads and Windows 10 Desktops. Users without the Callmy Alert app can be alerted via SMS if required.
Different situations will dictate the response you require. Callmy will enable you to send a message as either a simple statement of the fact, or configured to request an acknowledgement of receipt, the users contact details, their GPS location or a comment.
