Government Cloud, also referred to as G-Cloud, is a U.K. government program to promote government-wide adoption of Cloud Computing. The G-Cloud framework supports the U.K. government’s Cloud First policy, which was introduced in 2013 to encourage public sector organizations to evaluate and pursue cloud-based services rather than on-premises alternatives. Both the Callmy Alert Mass notification and lone working services are available, for the UK public sector, to procure from the framework.
The Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB) is the leading certification body for organisations providing security systems and services, fire detection and alarm systems, telecare systems and services, manned security services and monitoring services.
SSAIB is a Security Industry Authority (SIA) approved certification body – in respect of the SIA Approved Contractors Scheme – that operates within the UK. Callmy Alert is audited by SSAIB on an annual basis to ensure they meet the required BS8484:2020 standard for lone working security.
